WhatsApp BusinessA WhatsApp chatbot that answers customers in Darija, Arabic and French.
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. The assistant answers common questions at any hour, takes appointment requests and passes contacts on to you, using your own information.
Salam, are there any appointments tomorrow?
Hello! Yes, tomorrow we are open from 9am to 7pm. Which service would you like, and at what time?
Blow-dry, around 3pm. Salma, 0661 000 000.
Noted: tomorrow at 3pm, blow-dry, in the name of Salma. See you tomorrow!

Why WhatsApp becomes a problem without an assistant
Messages arrive at any hour
A customer who writes in the evening or at the weekend often waits until the next day, and may go elsewhere.
The same questions keep coming
Opening hours, prices, address, delivery: you or your team retype the same answers several times a day.
Requests get lost
In a long list of chats, an appointment request or an interested contact is easy to miss.
Several languages, one phone
Your customers write in Darija (Arabic or Latin letters), Arabic or French, sometimes in the same message.
What the assistant does on WhatsApp
- Answers from your FAQs and documents (prices, brochures, terms), and says so when it does not know.
- Replies in the customer’s language: Arabic, Darija or French.
- Takes bookings: name, phone, service, date and time, respecting your opening hours and capacity.
- Saves callback requests (name, phone, need) in your client area.
- Alerts you when a customer asks for a person, then pauses: you reply from your client area and the reply reaches the customer on WhatsApp.
Good to know before you start
- You need a WhatsApp Business account (Meta Cloud API) and a dedicated number. We guide you through the setup.
- WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta, not by us, at cost. See Meta’s rate card for Morocco.
- Voice notes and images are not understood: the assistant asks the customer to type the message.
- More than 24 hours after the customer’s last message, WhatsApp restricts free-form replies, so a manual reply may not be delivered.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special WhatsApp number?
Yes: a number registered on Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. We guide you through creating the account and connecting it.
Does it understand Darija written in Latin letters?
Yes. Your customers can write in Arabic, in Darija (Arabic or Latin letters) or in French, and the assistant answers in the same language.
What if the chatbot does not know the answer?
It says so, gives your contact details or offers to pass the request on. Unanswered questions are listed in your client area so you can complete your FAQs.
Can I take over the conversation myself?
Yes. When a customer asks for a person you get an alert (Telegram or WhatsApp, your choice), the assistant pauses for that customer and you reply from your client area. Close the conversation to hand it back to the assistant.
