Banking, finance & insurance

A tightly scoped assistant for banking, finance and insurance.

It answers only from documents you approve, directs people to the right adviser and hands over as soon as a sensitive situation appears.

Atlas Insurance Agency · assistant

Which documents do I need to report a car accident claim?

According to our guide: the joint accident report, the registration card and the insurance certificate. For your specific file an adviser can call you back. Would you like to leave your number?

Yes, Hicham, 0662 000 000.

Thank you Hicham, an adviser will call you back. Never share your password or card numbers here.

What overloads advisers

First-level questions

Branch hours, documents to provide, steps of a request, products: known answers, asked over and over.

Poorly qualified callback requests

A prospect who leaves a number without saying what they need wastes the adviser’s time.

A strict framework

In finance and insurance a wrong answer has a cost. Automation has to stay within approved limits.

Requests outside branch hours

Customers ask their questions in the evening: they need an answer and a well-noted callback request.

What the assistant does

  • Answers from the documents you approve: guides, terms, brochures, procedures.
  • Collects name, phone and need, and alerts you so an adviser calls back.
  • Books appointments with an adviser, according to your hours and capacity.
  • Directs people to your team and pauses when a customer asks for a person.
  • Lists the questions left unanswered so you can complete your documents.

What it does not do

  • It has no access to your customers’ accounts, contracts or balances: it does not answer about a personal file without a secure integration.
  • It gives no investment, credit or coverage advice: it presents your information and directs people to an adviser.
  • We configure it to never ask for a password, a code or a card number.
  • Your organisation’s regulatory obligations (Bank Al-Maghrib, ACAPS, CNDP, depending on your activity) remain your responsibility: have the assistant’s texts approved by your compliance team.

Frequently asked questions

Can it give an account balance or the status of a file?

No. It is not connected to any internal system by default. A secure integration is a separate project, to discuss with your IT and compliance teams.

How do I limit what it can say?

It answers from your documents and the rules you define (excluded topics, wording, contact details to give). If the answer is not in your documents, it says so and offers a callback.

Are conversations confidential?

Each business only sees its own data, and conversations are deleted automatically after the period you choose. For regulated use, ask us for the hosting details and have the processing approved by your compliance team.

Can it serve an agency or a broker?

Yes: opening hours, products presented in your documents, appointment booking and callback requests for each agency or broker.
