Fewer calls, more appointments for healthcare and public services.

The assistant gives practical information, collects appointment requests and directs people to the right person. It gives no diagnosis and no medical advice.

Example conversation (illustrative)

What overloads the front desk

Calls for the same information

Opening hours, address, documents to bring, consultation fees: the front desk answers the same questions several times a day.

Appointment requests outside hours

Patients write in the evening or at the weekend. Without an answer they call back the next day or go elsewhere.

Procedures to explain

Documents to provide, steps, delays, places: people want a clear answer before they travel.

The risk of saying what should not be said

Wrong health information can be serious: automation has to stay within its role.

What the assistant does

  • Gives opening hours, addresses, fees and documents to bring, from information you approve.
  • Takes appointment requests, respecting your opening hours, the length of each treatment and your capacity.
  • Lets the patient move their appointment within the conversation, without you stepping in.
  • Alerts you on Telegram or WhatsApp for every new request; you find them all in your client area.
  • Hands over to a person when the patient asks or when the situation goes beyond its role.

What it does not do

  • It gives no diagnosis, no medical advice and no interpretation of test results. For clinics and dental practices we configure it not to ask for health details in the conversation.
  • It is not an emergency service: put the number to call in an emergency in its instructions.
  • It does not connect to your patient records or practice software (integration on request).
  • Processing health data is regulated (law 09-08, CNDP): your organisation remains responsible for compliance, to be checked with the CNDP or a lawyer.

Frequently asked questions

Can the assistant answer a medical question?

No. It is configured to give practical information (hours, fees, appointments) and invite the patient to consult. We do not make it give a diagnosis or treatment advice.

Can it serve an administration or public service?

Yes for practical information: hours, documents to provide, steps of a procedure, from documents you approve. It does not process case files and does not connect to your systems without a specific integration.

How are conversations protected?

Each organisation only sees its own conversations, deleted automatically after the retention period you choose. Ask us for the hosting details before handling sensitive data.

Can it handle several practitioners or rooms?

You set a capacity (number of parallel appointments) and the length of each service. A detailed schedule per practitioner is not supported at the moment.
